I love going to spas and massage.
Refresh and energize.
When I was in Tokyo last month, I went to Shangri-La hotel spa.
My old skating friend is working there as a manager!!!
I am so proud of her.

The treatment that I tried named "Customized Retreat"
This Spa “Chi Spa” is inspired by traditional oriental medicine ideas.
I usually focus on relaxing my muscles but this place approach from your mental as well.
Not only massage,when you become a guest or a club member, you can use the gym, hot bath facility and pool.
