朝晩それぞれ10kmぐらい歩いてる(たまに走る)
禁酒して、朝はカロリーメイト、昼は普通に食べて(大盛りはしない)
夜は間食レベルの軽い食事、そして歩いて(or 走って)から寝る
というのを1週間続けて4キロ落とした
目標は70キロを切ること
