これの5ページにバーベルについて記載されてるけど
’ Bars to be used at all IPF Championships shall not be chromed on the knurling. ’
っていう文言があるのでローレットにクロームメッキしているのはIPF Championshipsでは使用不可だね。
他の項目を満たしているかはわかりませんが。
