シーバスリールとラインについて

河口エリアをメインにシーバス狙ってます。
ロッドはディアルーナ９００Ｌです。
今までリールは1万以下のリール（名前は忘れました・・・）を何年も使っていて、そろそろ古くなってきたので新しいものを買おうかと思ってます。

重視したいのは軽さや巻き心地です。
飛距離やパワー等もあるのでしょうが、1番はやはり疲れないための軽さでしょうか。

予算的には1.5万～2万程度かと思ってます。

ロッドやルアーはこだわっていたわけではないのですが、シマノが多いので、リールもシマノであるといいなとは思いますが、ダイワなどの違うメーカーでも問題はありません。

合わせてＰＥラインも購入します。
ＰＥなんて大体どれも同じだろうと前回安物を買ったのですが、使い心地が悪く、軽く後悔しながら使っていたところです。
おススメがあれば教えてください。

シーバスに向く軽量なリールとなると、シマノであればストラディックCI4+になりますが、実売価格が20,000円を切る事は無さそうです。
やや重たくはなりますが、シーバス専用と謳ったエクスセンスBBというモデルもあります。

ダイワであれば18カルディアが相当します。
LTコンセプトによって軽量で使いやすくなったリールで、コスパが高いと言われているモデルです。
予算が許すのであれば、高剛性と軽量化を両立させた17セオリーも候補に入れてもいいと思います。

シーバスが沸く時と沸かない時、その両面に遭遇したのですが、その違いが分かりませんでした。
「たまたま」「そういう事もある」のかもしれませんが、少々お付き合いください。

昨日と本日、2日間に渡って、同じ場所、同じ時間に同じルアーで釣行しました。

昨日、強烈なベイトの数、猛烈なシーバスの群れ、超高活性の場面に遭遇しました。

サーから伸びる潮通しの良い突堤（下げ時には急流）
午前4時入り～午前5時半まで、満潮からの下げ潮、大潮、日の出5時

≪同じ状況≫
豊富なベイト（イワシ・アジ・サヨリ等）
25cm前後のアジが入れ食い
強烈な流れが突堤にぶつかる
綺麗な海の色
ルアーはジグヘッド7gにアルカリ

≪異なる状況≫
釣り師の数（昨日は2人（ルアーマンは私のみ）、本日は6人（ルアーマンは4人）、残りはサビキ師）
流れの１本が濁り潮（昨日は、流れ１本に濁り有り、本日は周辺流れ共に澄潮）
満潮の時間（本日は満潮時間が40分遅い（満潮時間が4時と4時40分））

聞くところによると、昨日は3時頃からかなりバシャバシャしていたという事で、単なる時間の差ではないかと考えています。
一番の理由は濁りかなと思いますが、直近数字は雨が降っておらず、昨日は何故濁りの流れが１本だけ入っていたのか、これが全く分かっておりません。
流れ以外の場所は、どちらも綺麗な透明でした。

何か気になる点がございましたら、お知恵をお貸しください。

やはり濁りは重要な要素なのかもしれませんね。
サイズに関しては、概ね６０～７０のサイズでした。
今日もベイトは間違いなく豊富でしたし、１匹パニックイワシ（クルクルイワシ）も目撃しましたので、タイミングさえ合えば昨日の状況も期待していたんですけど…。
ショートバイトが数回程度で、結局ヒットには持ち込めませんでした。
勿論、ワームだけでなく表層中層ボトムと、様々な事を試したんですけどね…。

最近見つけたポイントですので、まだまだ調査が必要だとは思いますが、かなり有望なポイントという先入観が先走ってしまいそうです。

雨が絡むのは当分無さそうですが、今度は雨が降ったor直後にまた行ってみて、濁りの状況を探ろうと思います。

必然性が欠如した状態を「たまたま」と表現しますが、現象の原因が推定可能な範囲を超えているだけだと解釈してください。

シーバス（＆ベイト）は意味も無く行動する事はなく必ず原因があり、それによってあなたが見た現象が起きたとしか説明できないです。
完全に解明するには膨大なデータが必用になるので、残念ながら「～ではないか」という推測のレベルでしか分からない事になります。

ただ昨日と似た様な条件の時にボイル祭りが再度起こり得るので、当時の条件を記録しておくといいと思います。
とは言え、条件が揃ったら特定の現象が起きるという公式は成り立つとは限らず、あくまでも「起こり得る」というレベルで解釈してください。

つまり、質問の回答としては「そういう事もある」になります
