デビアン９に自分でGNOMEソフトウェアを入れたい。

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-desktop/gnome-software
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gnome-software

一行目はエラーになるので、最新の　add-apt-repository　を教えて下さい。
OSはdebian9.8.0です。
