スーパーライセンス条項をみると、
The F1 team concerned must show that the applicant has driven at least 300 km in a representative Formula One
car(1) consistently at racing speeds, over a maximum period of 2 days,

ってあるから、over a maximum period of 2 days,　を「最大2日間にわたって」と訳せば、
1日もしくは2日間でことだと思う。

ただし、あとの文に、

completed not more than 180 days prior to the application and certified by the ASN of the country in which
the test took place.

とあるので、180日間のうちに申請を完了させておくってのが、テスト300kmを実施した日も含むのかが解釈がわかれるかも。
（単純にASNが証明してからの意味なのかもしれないけど。）
