Lakernik, Chairman of the ISU technical committee literally admitted
they had to change the scoring system because Yuzuru Hanyu was 'winning too many titles
and breaking too many world records' and later on eliminated the transitions category from PCS.

ISU技術委員会のラケルニク委員長は文字通り、羽生結弦が「あまりにも多くのタイトルを獲得し、
あまりにも多くの世界記録を破った」ため採点システムを変更しなければならなかったと認め、
その後PCSからトランジションカテゴリーを削除した。
