渦中の人物について
本名は志賀慶一、ハンドルネームはふうせん、fu-sen、BALLOONなど。
ツイッターのアカウントは https://twitter.com/balloon_vendor
15年ほど前から2chに専用スレが立っている。個人事業主。
Linux関連の紹介ページの作成やOSSの翻訳などを行っていたが、
翻訳にWeb翻訳サービスを使っていることを自白し、翻訳活動から撤退。
過去にはWordPressやWikipediaで活動していたこともあった様子。
