Try without using the Currency Converter. When the website asks you to review your details, click on “Other Conversion Options” and you are prompted to choose between:
Virtual Card Currency or Your Local Currency, always choose Virtual Card Currency and then click on Top-up Virtual card.
Our system will switch you to another payments processor automatically.
If you have clicked Try Again 3 times without success, the next step is to click on Confirm Bank Card Details. Please carefully check all details are correct, especially the Start date and Expiry date.
If all details are correct please contact your bank and ask them why they are declining the transactions.
