5. WEIGHT
5.1. The weight of the car with the driver aboard wearing his complete racing apparel must not be less than 787 kg at all times during an Event or Official Test, subject to any revisions stated below.

ドライバー込みで787kg以下であってはダメよって訳でいいのかね
