Let me give you a few examples:
1) True JKD doesn't just evade. It intercepts. Every slip, dodge, duck, etc. is done in tandem with a counterattack.

本物のジークンドーってのは、インターセプトするものであって、単に相手の攻撃を避けるものではない。
ボクシングのヘッドスリップやダッキングを使うこともあるが、カウンターアタックと平行してやらないとJKDにならない。（その点、彼はうまくないね・・というニュアンスか）

2) There is a "chamber" in the uppercuts he throws. Every one of them. This is telegraphic movement. Another no-no in true Jeet Kune Do. The way Sigong Bruce Lee taught it. Yes, it can evolve. But, it should not evolve incorrectly. Punches start and end with the hips.
