まったくその通りなんだけど
これ日本語訳の面白さで
Water Resistant→耐水
Waterproof→防水
というのは訳として誤りではないのに
元の英語に存在する程度の違いが
日本語にしたら明確じゃなくなる所なんだよね

New Oxford American Dictionary：
water-resistant
able to resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely

waterproof
・impervious to water
・not liable to be washed away by water

耐水
水にたえること。水にぬれても水分が通らない、また、変質しないこと。

防水
水の流入・浸透を防ぐこと。
