Please change the SETTING of 卓球(pingpong) board.

Before:
BBS_MESSAGE_COUNT=4096
BBS_COPIPE=undefined

After:
BBS_MESSAGE_COUNT=1024
BBS_COPIPE=8

pingpong board is under attacked by a vandalist.
The vandalist is posting very long meaningless character string to the popular threads.
