偽ブランド品所持で逮捕

　愛知県警西尾署は二十六日、販売目的でフランスの高級ブランド「エルメス」の
偽バッグなどを所持していたとして商標法違反の現行犯で、韓国籍で大阪市都島区
片町一ノ一ノ二四、会社役員林俊彦容疑者(57)を逮捕した。
　同容疑者は一九九九年からの約五年間、偽ブランド品を韓国から仕入れ、インター
ネットのオークションで約千三百点を販売、約八千万円を売り上げていたとみられる。
　調べでは、林容疑者は二十六日、自宅に偽のエルメスのバッグと財布の計十二点を
隠し持っていた疑い。容疑を認めているという。


7500万円脱税で起訴　アクセサリー通販会社／大阪地検特捜部

アクセサリーの通信販売会社「エピックス」(大阪市天王寺区六万体町)の脱税事件で、
大阪地検特捜部は二十六日、社長の佐上邦久容疑者(38)を法人税法違反の罪で起訴した。
起訴状によると、同社は安価なルビーをタイから輸入し、ペンダントやネックレスに加工
して販売。一九九四年二月から三年間に約二億円の所得があったが、佐上容疑者は架空の
仕入れ先を輸入申告書に記載するなどの方法で全額を隠して赤字申告、約七千五百万円を脱税した

On May 26, 2004, NISHIO Police office in Aichi Prefecture Japan arrested Toshihiko Hayashi
who has had many fake Hermes handbags and other,
in order to sell them, it was infringe on a trademark.
Toshihiko Hayashi is a Japanese of Korean nationality,
and he live in 1-1-24, Katamachi, Miyakojima-ku, Osaka city,
he is a corporate board member, 57 years old.
During the five years since 1999,
Hayashi has had a large stock of fake designer merchandise from Korea,
and he has sold about 1,300 fake on Internet Auction, and he got about $1,000,000.
Hayashi has hid fake Hermes handbags
and fake Hermes wallets total of 12 items in his house.
Hayashi pleaded guilty.
