利用者とGoogleは、Google利用規約の内容で契約を結ぶわけです

さて、Google利用規約には、この文言が含まれています

しかしGPLは(v3の場合7. Additional Terms.で示される例外を除いて)、再配布にあたって追加的制限を課すことを認めていません
利用目的の限定は明らかな追加的制限です
したがってGPLでライセンスされた文書をGoogle翻訳に入力(==Google利用規約の内容で契約を結び、その契約のもとGoogleに再配布)することは、GPL違反です
