--with-gtkmm3は関係ない

Deprecatedになっていて消えそうなやつ
--with-oniguruma → --with-regex=oniguruma
--with-pcre → --with-regex=pcre
--with-openssl → --with-tls=openssl
--with-gthread → --with-thread=glib (ただしgthread自体が非推奨)
--with-stdthread → --with-thread=std

今回消えたやつ
--with-core2duo → CXXFLAGS="-march=core2"
--with-athlon64 → CXXFLAGS="-march=athlon64"
--with-atom → CXXFLAGS="-march=prescott"
--with-ppc7400 → CXXFLAGS="-mcpu=7400 -maltivec -mabi=altivec"
--with-ppc7450 → CXXFLAGS="-mcpu=7450 -maltivec -mabi=altivec"
