/var/run/clamd.scan/clamd.sock を作成するのがうまくいかないのかね？
$ls -xl /var/run/clamd.scan/clamd.sock
owner : group の確認して、ユーザーをgroupに加えるか
root権限で実行ファイルを起動するとか。
