He has an agreement signed when he was in Moto3, for which the Japanese factory has
the right of first refusal on any offer that he may receive when he goes to MotoGP. That is,
if Suzuki has made or is going to make a formal offer, Honda can match it, and Mir would
have to go with Honda.

仮にスズキがミルにオファーだしたら、ホンダはスズキのオファーを拒否してスズキが提示した条件で
ミルを雇う権利がある。これを優先交渉権”the right of first refusal”というんだが知らなかったのか？
